Job summary

Courser is seeking an AI Business Analyst to align AI capabilities with client business objectives. You will identify AI opportunities, lead envisioning sessions, and champion adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI tools. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include designing AI-enabled solutions, governance, KPI development, and change management to ensure successful AI adoption across client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and AI fundamentals
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology consulting
• Excellent communication and change-management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Platform) and prompt engineering for AI tools

Responsibilities

• Assess client workflows to identify AI use cases and map AI capabilities to business objectives
• Develop AI-enabled solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform
• Contribute to AI governance, KPIs, and ethical AI usage
• Translate AI concepts into actionable insights for business leaders; create demos and presentations
• Collaborate with analysts and client teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions
• Develop prompt templates and Copilot agents for client needs
• Evaluate client environment for Copilot readiness including data, licensing, and security
