Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is launching a firm‑wide AI Transformation program. The AI Business Partner will be embedded within a business unit to identify high‑value AI opportunities, build practical solutions, and drive measurable adoption across departments.

You will operate at the intersection of business process expertise, AI solution development, and change enablement, translating workflow pain points into working AI tools using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader M365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

Direct experience in financial services or asset management is advantageous.
Experience designing practical technology solutions with security and data sensitivity in mind.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related AI services.
Background in engineering or consulting with credibility and result delivery.
Experience measuring ROI and tracking value for technology implementations.
Understanding of data governance and responsible AI principles.
Experience mentoring or coaching others in technology adoption.
Product management mindset with MVP thinking and prioritisation.
Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
