Job summary

The OCC seeks a Principal, AI Enablement & Change to lead enterprise adoption of AI, manage the AI literacy program, and drive workforce transformation. You will shape change management for enterprise AI initiatives and partner with AI portfolio teams to align enablement with the AI roadmap.

Responsibilities include designing programs, measuring adoption, and delivering scalable playbooks across functions, ensuring AI capabilities are used effectively and consistently.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management programs, ideally tied to technology adoption.
• Working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools and ability to speak credibly to business and technical audiences about adoption.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training or literacy programs.
• Proficiency in developing adoption metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive-level status communication.
• Strong facilitation skills; ability to run workshops across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process/workflow documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve OCC's enterprise AI literacy program, ensuring role-appropriate AI training reaches all users.
• Lead the workforce transformation agenda associated with AI adoption, redesigning roles as needed.
• Design and drive change management programs for AI use cases from production to broad adoption.
• Identify adoption friction and literacy gaps at the enterprise level.
• Develop and track adoption metrics and report progress against AI Strategy adoption targets.
• Coordinate with AIPT to align enablement with the AI roadmap and use-case pipeline.
• Build change management playbooks and reusable communication materials.
• Serve as a connection between business, AIPT, and AIRE on adoption readiness.
