Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Intelligent Solutions Strategy Associate to define enterprise-wide adoption of business transformation technologies in Intelligent Automation, BP & Decision Management, and Workflow Automation.

You will partner with executive stakeholders to evaluate AI-enabled capabilities, coordinate proofs-of-concept, and craft enablement plans across 10+ platforms, driving value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent in financial services transformation or change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and design scalable solutions across stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream initiatives and driving outcomes in matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills for C-suite audiences.
• Ability to rapidly learn emerging technologies (AI, automation, low-code) and translate into business value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and driving innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of business transformation technologies and their applications in financial services operations, controls, and customer experience.
• Design and execute strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption of transformation tech across multiple lines, including proof-of-concept evaluations of AI capabilities.
• Produce executive-level communications, strategic presentations, and thought leadership content to articulate business value and engage stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal tech teams and external vendors to evaluate roadmaps and integrate new capabilities.
• Lead learning and enablement programs, including conferences, practitioner forums, and training to build organizational capability.
