JPMorgan Chase, Plano, TX, seeks a Business Transformation Senior Associate to lead AI-enabled improvements across client onboarding, servicing, and contact-center journeys. You will translate challenges into automation use cases and quantify potential business impact.

Collaborating with Operations, Risk, and Technology, you will design human-in-the-loop workflows, establish governance, build dashboards, and support pilots, rollout, and scaling of automation initiatives to improve productivity

Formación

• 4+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or operations in financial services.
• Experience delivering end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of client onboarding, servicing, and contact center operations.
• Ability to translate business problems into measurable requirements.
• Experience interpreting offline results and online experiments.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Strong verbal and written communications and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead interviews, journey mapping across onboarding, servicing, and contact center.
• Scope problems, identify major issues and quantify potential bottom-line impact.
• Translate requirements into automation use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize opportunities with value, feasibility, risk, and client impact.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Model Governance.
• Re-engineer processes to enable automation.
• Design Human-in-the-Loop workflows and QA methods.
• Ensure auditability with decision logs and traceable inputs/outputs.
• Partner with Data and Technology to link AI features to KPIs.
• Support pilots, rollout, and scaling of automation initiatives.
• Co-create training materials and run pilots with Operations and Leadership.
