JPMorganChase & Co. seeks an Intelligent Solutions Product Strategy Associate to shape enterprise-wide strategy across intelligent automation, decision management, and workflow automation.

You will partner with executives, business leaders, and technology owners to evaluate capabilities, design adoption frameworks, and accelerate value realization in a global enterprise. You will coordinate learnings, enablement, and executive communications to drive strategic adoption of new AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, financial services transformation, or technology-enabled change management.
• Strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information and design scalable solutions.
• Strong project and program management capabilities coordinating multi-workstream initiatives.
• Advanced analytical skills to model data and test hypotheses.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication with ability to engage C-suite audiences.
• Curiosity and technical acuity to learn AI/automation tech and translate to business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business transformation technologies and their applications in financial services.
• Design strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption of AI capabilities across lines of business.
• Produce executive communications and strategic product updates for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal product teams and external vendors.
• Lead learning and enablement programs, conferences, and practitioner training to build capability.
