Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Intelligent Solutions Product Strategy Associate to drive enterprise strategy for intelligent automation, BPA/decision management, and workflow orchestration. You will evaluate AI capabilities, coordinate with tech partners, and develop adoption frameworks to accelerate value realization across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or in financial services transformation with large-scale adoption experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and ability to design scalable solutions across stakeholders.
• Proven project and program management skills with executive stakeholder exposure.
• Advanced analytical ability to model data, test hypotheses, and identify insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for C-suite audiences on technology strategy.
• Curiosity and technical acuity to learn AI/automation tools and translate tech to business value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to operate in ambiguity and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of transformation tech across automation, analytics, and workflow orchestration for financial services.
• Design initiatives to accelerate adoption, including evaluating AI capabilities and proof-of-concept projects.
• Produce executive communications, strategic updates, and thought leadership content.
• Coordinate with internal product teams and external vendors to evaluate roadmaps and integrations.
• Lead learning programs, conferences, and training to build organizational capability.
