Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, financial services transformation, or tech-enabled change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of business transformation technologies across process insights, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.
• Design and execute strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption of transformation technologies across multiple business lines, including proof-of-concept evaluations of AI capabilities.
• Produce executive communications including strategic presentations and thought leadership content for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal tech teams and vendors to evaluate roadmaps and integrate new capabilities into the tech stack.
• Lead learning and enablement programs including conferences, practitioner forums, and training to build organizational capability.
