Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of transformation technologies across process insights, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.
• Design strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption, including PoC evaluations of AI capabilities.
• Produce executive-level communications, strategic updates, and thought leadership content.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal product teams and external vendors.
• Lead firm-wide learning and enablement programs including conferences and training pathways.
