Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Internal Strategy & Process Consulting Associate II to independently lead one or more workstreams within complex engagements. You will transform ambiguous business questions into hypotheses, analyses, and decision-ready recommendations, while guiding stakeholders and coaching junior colleagues.

Application of GenAI, automation, and analytics will be a focus. You will design executive-ready presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting, internal consulting, strategy, transformation, or similar problem-solving environment.
• Experience independently owning and delivering a meaningful workstream or equivalent.
• Ability to lead collaboratively, develop junior colleagues, and foster inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more engagement workstreams from planning through execution, translating questions into hypotheses and deliverables.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into insights and recommendations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and manage dependencies to drive outcomes.
