Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Intelligent Solutions Strategy Associate to drive enterprise-wide strategy and adoption of business transformation technologies across intelligent automation, decision management, and workflow domains.

You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate AI-enabled capabilities, coordinate proof-of-concept initiatives, and develop executive communications that articulate strategic value and scalable adoption across 10+ platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, financial services transformation, or tech-enabled change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and design scalable solutions.
• Proven track record in driving large-scale adoption programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Comfort with evaluating AI-enabled capabilities and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of transformation technologies across automation and workflow domains.
• Design and execute strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption across multiple business lines.
• Produce executive communications and strategic presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate platforms and roadmap priorities.
• Lead learning and enablement programs including conferences and training to build organizational capability.
