Job summary

Acquia is seeking a Partner Operations & AI Automation Manager to drive operational excellence and lead AI-powered automation initiatives across partner programs. You will own process improvement, tool optimization, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, experience building AI workflows, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Channel, Salesforce, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce: reports, dashboards, data objects, and cross-system reconciliation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced office environments.
• Ability to multitask and shift focus quickly.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in partner-facing and internal processes and design end-to-end improvements.
• Own mapping of partner operations processes and measure impact against efficiency and margin targets.
• Reduce COGS spend and support contract negotiations with data.
• Own end-to-end partner journey, optimize tools and touchpoints for satisfaction.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to reduce manual work.
• Lead AI/automation rollouts and partner program enhancements across multiple systems.
