Job summary

Teradata is seeking a motivated intern to help document workflows and prototype AI-enabled automation in legal and People operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes, test prototypes, and prepare adoption materials.

You will learn to assess outputs for accuracy, privacy, and responsible AI, gather user feedback, and measure impact, contributing to scalable, repeatable solutions.

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in artificial intelligence, data/analytics, information systems, computer science, business process improvement, human resources, legal operations, or a related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, or data visualization is a plus.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for turning problems into actionable requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal and People team stakeholders to document workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and desired outcomes.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, documentation, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate solution outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations; document risks.
• Support pilots by gathering feedback, analyzing results, and recommending improvements before broader deployment.
