Job summary

Teradata invites students to join its internship program for a 10–12 week period starting May/June. You’ll work with Legal and People teams, documenting workflows and building AI-enabled automation prototypes. The role focuses on experimentation, risk assessment, and delivering scalable adoption materials.

Successful candidates will engage in prototype testing, gather feedback, and contribute to measurable improvements in processes while learning about enterprise intelligence platforms.

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data/analytics, information systems, CS, business process improvement, HR, legal ops, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, data visualization, process mapping, or user research.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication; able to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements.
• Curiosity, good judgment, attention to detail, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Document current workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes with Legal and People teams.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled/automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Create reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, and adoption materials.
• Assess outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI; report risks.
