Job summary

Teradata invites aspiring technologists for a summer internship in its CAO-aligned team. You will partner with Legal and People teams to document workflows and build AI-enabled automation prototypes, gaining hands-on experience across enterprise operations.

You will prototype, test, and communicate results, contributing to scalable solutions with responsible AI considerations, privacy, and security in mind while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data/analytics, information systems, computer science, business process improvement, HR, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience with one or more: generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, low-code/no-code, data visualization, process mapping, or user research.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements and actionable steps.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information under established policies.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes with Legal and People teams.
• Prototype AI-enabled automation for approved use cases such as knowledge discovery, document intake, workflow routing, reporting, and analytics.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, and adoption materials for scalable implementation.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI considerations; document risks and elevate concerns.
• Support pilots by gathering user feedback, tracking success measures, analyzing results, and recommending improvements.
