Job summary

Teradata invites students to join its Internship Program focused on AI and automation. You will work with the Legal and People teams to document workflows, identify pain points, and design scalable processes. The role emphasizes practical AI prototyping, governance, and hands-on experience in enterprise environments.

You will collaborate to develop reusable materials, evaluate prototypes, and contribute to pilots and adoption strategies across business functions.

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data/analytics, information systems, computer science, business process improvement, HR, legal operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal and People team stakeholders to document current workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and desired outcomes.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases (knowledge discovery, document intake, workflow routing, reporting, employee support, operational analytics).
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, documentation, and adoption materials for scalable implementation.
• Evaluate solution outputs for accuracy, usability, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI; document risks and escalate as needed.
• Support pilots by gathering user feedback, tracking success measures, analyzing results, and recommending improvements before broader deployment.
