Job summary

Teradata offers a dynamic internship program aimed at building practical AI and process-automation skills within its Chief Administrative Office. You will document workflows, prototype AI-enabled solutions, and contribute to scalable implementations across Legal and People operations.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate risks, and present findings and recommendations to drive measurable improvements in efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data/analytics, information systems, CS, business process improvement, HR, legal operations or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to turn complex problems into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Document current workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled solutions for approved use cases such as knowledge discovery and automation.
• Create reusable maps, requirements, tests, prompts, docs, and adoption materials for scalable deployment.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations; flag risks to the project owner.
• Support pilots by collecting feedback, analyzing results, and suggesting improvements before wider rollout.
