Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data analytics, information systems, computer science, business process improvement, HR, legal ops, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, data visualization, and process mapping.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal and People team stakeholders to document workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases (knowledge discovery, document intake, routing, reporting, employee support, analytics).
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, documentation, and adoption materials for scalable implementation.
• Evaluate solution outputs for accuracy, usability, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI; document risks and raise concerns.
• Support pilots by gathering user feedback, tracking success measures, analyzing results, and recommending improvements before broader deployment.
