Teradata offers an internship program focused on AI-enabled automation within the Chief Administrative Office. You will partner with Legal and People teams to map workflows, prototype AI solutions, and build scalable adoption materials.

You’ll learn how AI can improve enterprise operations while ensuring human oversight and responsible use. The internship emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across privacy, security, and change management.

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in artificial intelligence, data/analytics, information systems, CS, business process improvement, HR, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, or data visualization.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements.
• Curiosity, judgment, attention to detail, and handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Legal and People team stakeholders to map workflows, pain points, controls, inputs, handoffs, and outcomes.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, docs, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, usability, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI considerations; raise risks.
• Support pilots by gathering feedback, tracking success, and recommending improvements before deployment.
