Teradata is offering an impactful internship program focused on AI-enabled automation within the Legal and People operations space. You’ll collaborate with Legal and People stakeholders to document workflows, prototype AI solutions, and create scalable materials for adoption.

The role emphasizes hands-on experimentation, cross-functional teamwork, and responsible AI practices, with opportunities to present findings to business partners and shape outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI, data analytics, information systems, CS, or process improvement is valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with care.

Responsabilités

• Document current workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Create reusable maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, and responsible AI concerns; raise risks to owners.
• Support pilots with user feedback, measure success, and suggest improvements.
