Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data/analytics, information systems, or related fields.
• Experience with generative AI tools, workflow automation, or data visualization is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements.
• Curiosity, judgment, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal and People teams to document workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs and outcomes.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility and responsible AI; document risks.
• Support pilots by gathering feedback, analyzing results, and recommending improvements.
