Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant/Senior Consultant to design, implement, and optimize automated business processes using the Agentforce platform. You will own the roadmap for scalable blueprints and work with AI agents, engineering, and design to deliver customer value.

Partner with cross-functional teams to transform manual workflows into automated, enterprise-grade solutions, driving measurable outcomes for customers and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting.
• Experience building external-facing products in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of business workflow mapping, process modeling, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for process blueprints and automation solutions, balancing strategy with execution.
• Own feature lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities across customer and internal workflows.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog, prioritize sprints, and drive delivery using Agile methods.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to enable scalable solutions.
