Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant / Senior Consultant to design, implement, and optimize automated business processes—Blueprints—using Agentforce capabilities, while owning the roadmap for scalable solutions.

You will partner with customer-facing teams, AI agents, engineering and design to convert manual workflows into automated workflows, delivering measurable customer value and driving delivery with Agile methods.

Qualifications

3–8+ years in product management, process automation, business analysis, or solutions consulting.
Experience building external-facing B2B SaaS products.
Strong workflow mapping and process improvement knowledge.
Experience translating requirements into automated workflows or solutions.
Hands-on with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms.
Excellent spoken and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven collaboration with virtual and global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap for blueprints and automation solutions, balancing strategy with execution.
Design and deliver enterprise-grade automation using current platform features.
Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and technical criteria.
Manage backlog and sprints with Agile methodologies.
Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure feasibility and intuitive UX.
Support rollout and enablement of blueprint solutions across teams and customers.
