Job summary

COE is seeking a Business Analyst – Applied AI & Automation to lead AI initiatives remotely in the United States. You will partner with departments to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions, prioritizing opportunities by value and impact.

You will prototype, test, and refine automation using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services, coordinating with developers for larger efforts while promoting adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/IT fields.
• 2+ years in business analysis, automation, or low-code projects.
• Hands-on automation using Microsoft Power Platform or AI services.
• Strong communication across departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to define AI/automation goals and translate them into solutions.
• Evaluate opportunities based on value, effort, and impact.
• Design and implement low-code automation using Power Platform and AI tools.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and implementation with developers.
• Create user guides and SOPs to document processes.
• Support post-go-live by gathering feedback and resolving issues.
