Job summary

Onbe is seeking an AI Business Operations Senior Specialist to partner with priority departments, map current workflows, and design AI-enabled solutions. You will build agents using platforms like Power Automate, Glean, Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Rovo, then pilot and iterate with end users to ensure safe, scalable processes.

The role emphasizes measuring impact, documenting practices, and training employees while maintaining an AI backlog and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM applications, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
• Ability to design LLM-fed workflows turning unstructured inputs into reliable automation steps.
• Ability to map business processes into automation, agent, data and testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and map business workflows across departments.
• Identify repetitive work and bottlenecks to reduce manual effort.
• Determine the best automation approach for each opportunity.
• Design LLM-fed automation for classification, summarization, extraction, routing, validation, and structuring.
