Job summary

Panasonic Corporation of North America is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst, AI & Automation to drive automation initiatives across the enterprise.

You will identify opportunities, develop business cases, and collaborate with technology, security, data, and governance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and measurable improvements. You will lead discovery workshops, define requirements, support change management, and ensure value realization through the automation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related experience.
• 4+ years supporting Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, Workflow Automation, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance automation opportunities using RPA, AI, IDP, and related capabilities.
• Lead business analysis across the automation lifecycle: discovery, feasibility, requirements, business-case, design, UAT, deployment, and value realization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and measurable business outcomes.
