Job summary

ImageTrend is seeking a remote-ready AI/Automation Specialist to partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into AI use cases, and design scalable solutions across enterprise apps. You will develop prompts, enable retrieval-based AI, and ensure secure, governed deployments while supporting proofs of concept and production rollouts.

The role emphasizes collaboration, architecture thinking, and continuous improvement in AI-enabled workflows, data sources, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AI/CS/data fields.
• Experience supporting AI-powered applications and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Familiar with cloud tech, APIs, authentication, and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate AI opportunities with stakeholders.
• Design AI use cases, workflows, success metrics, data needs, and risks.
• Design, test, deploy, monitor, and support AI assistants and automation.
• Develop prompts, retrieval strategies, and agent instructions for quality outputs.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls for AI outputs.
• Connect AI solutions to enterprise apps and data sources with governance.
• Support PoCs, pilots, and transition to production capabilities.
• Evaluate AI effectiveness via accuracy, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Research emerging AI tech and recommend responsible adoption.
• Create documentation and training resources; collaborate across teams.
• Travel as needed; remote work supported; assist with security/compliance.
