Job summary

COE Distributing, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst – Applied AI & Automation to drive AI adoption across the organization. You will partner with departments to translate business needs into practical, low-code solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.

You will work with the IT team to define requirements, coordinate testing, and manage post-implementation feedback while championing AI capabilities to improve day-to-day workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, or automation.
• Hands-on experience building automation or AI-enabled business solutions using Power Platform or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to understand AI and automation goals and translate into practical solutions.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value and effort.
• Design, build, and implement low-code/no-code automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Prototype solutions, gather user feedback, and refine based on real-world use.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance for new apps and integrations.
• Support post-go-live by gathering feedback and managing issues.
