Beltservice Corporation seeks an AI & Automation Solutions Specialist to drive AI-enabled improvements across operations. You will partner with multiple teams to identify opportunities, design practical automation, and scale initiatives with governance and Adoption in mind.

The role emphasizes building AI-driven workflows, dashboards, and integrations using Copilot, Power Platform, and related tools, while ensuring measurable business value and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT, Business Systems, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with business users to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvements across departments.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain the AI and Automation roadmap.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions; create reusable playbooks and templates.
• Coordinate AI projects from concept to production and measure impact.
