The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and technical depth to assess feasibility, shape AI roadmaps and translate strategy into delivered outcomes with CoE delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to identify AI and automation opportunities within client operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage account leadership and client stakeholders to define business objectives.
• Assess AI opportunities across real estate operations to deliver measurable value.
• Define practical, prioritised AI adoption roadmaps aligned to data readiness.
• Translate opportunities into well-scoped briefs for delivery teams.
• Promote AI literacy and data-informed decision making across accounts.
• Collaborate with CoE teams to ensure smooth handoffs from strategy to delivery.
