JLL is seeking a TSSO AI & Data Science Lead to drive strategic AI and analytics initiatives, shaping data-driven foundations for operational excellence across Sustainable Operations and related functions. You will own the AI and data roadmap, partner across matrix organizations, and lead analytics programs from pilot to scalable enterprise solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in data science/AI with 5+ years in leadership, deep AI/ML expertise (Claude AI), and strong governance and data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, or AI implementation within large-scale operations.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing or partnering with analytics teams to drive operations excellence.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions and performance reporting systems.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including large language models (e.g., Claude AI) and their practical applications.
• Strong background in data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with real estate operations, facilities management, or transaction services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support performance reporting by mapping data sources and enabling efficient reporting methodologies.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks across TSSO functions.
• Lead ARP analytics, dashboards, scorecards and data model development.
• Ensure access to data sources and integration with Claude AI and delivery teams.
• Drive data governance and data quality initiatives for analytics results.
• Lead data integration across LCAM ecosystem to support analytics and client delivery.
• Own AI roadmap alignment with TSSO and enterprise objectives, enabling scalable analytics.
