Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Agentforce SME for Success Architect org, including data foundations support.
• Evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate executive discussions, align tech strategy with business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with Agentforce engagement catalog for customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
