• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and design creative architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate executive discussions and align technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog for Agentforce.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to raise team capabilities.
