Sierra is building AI agents to reshape customer experiences. The Agent Strategist on the Tech, Media & Telecom team in San Francisco translates business needs into production agents and guides enterprise customers from pilots to scale.

You’ll own the agent development lifecycle, advise executives, run cross‑functional sessions, and feed insights back to product to shape Sierra’s next capabilities. This role blends product, design, and engineering with direct customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business goals into agent design and production.
• Proven track record delivering customer-focused AI or software projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to launch and iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders.
• Partner with customer teams daily to troubleshoot and keep projects on track.
• Directly influence product by surfacing unmet customer needs.
