You will design and ship high-performance AI agents, drive the Agent Development Life Cycle, and partner with major enterprises and startups to scale AI across industries.

You will influence Sierra’s platform and product roadmap through customer collaboration. The role emphasizes production-grade delivery, customer-facing work, and a fast-paced environment
