Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-stack or product engineering with customer-facing deployments.
• 5+ years preferred for seniority in related roles.
• Experience building/ shipping production AI agents and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and improve AI agents for account strategy and outreach.
• Collaborate with customers via calls and shared channels to drive product improvements.
• Build agent workflows with clear evaluations and trust calibration.
• Own deployment outcomes end-to-end with limited playbooks.
• Communicate capabilities to sales and relay needs to engineering; update leadership.
