Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience shipping production software, with hands-on IC work.
• Experience with TypeScript across Node.js backends and React frontends.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable preparation.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, and debugging in container/Linux environments.
• Experience building agent systems or core infrastructure; Rust or C++ a plus.
• Strong communication about delivered work and technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features across web and mobile from concept to production.
• Develop backend APIs and services for accounts, permissions, billing, analytics, and integrations.
• Design reliable systems for connectors, authentication, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Build and improve agent and runtime infrastructure and scalable execution environments.
• Own production systems, improve reliability, security, and operational simplicity.
• Prototype, learn from customer feedback, and tackle engineering problems end-to-end.
