Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a dual-role curriculum developer to create advanced AI agent training and hands-on labs. You will teach customers and partners to configure and deploy agentic AI, building demos and lab exercises that demonstrate real Java and REST API usage.

You’ll own technical courses, collaborate with Product and Engineering for early access, and shape curricula for capabilities still under development, while maintaining high instructional quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Anthropics Claude Agent SDK/Claude Code).
• Experience with Java and REST APIs for instructional content development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build hands-on training and lab environments that teach technical learners how to build, configure, and deploy custom AI agents on our platform.
• Build working AI agent demos and reference implementations from scratch to anchor training content and live demonstrations.
• Translate practical challenges learners face when configuring or implementing Agentic AI into sequenced learning experiences.
• Stay current with agentic AI landscape and tool integrations.
