Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an AI Agent Curriculum & Enablement specialist to teach customers, partners, and internal teams how to build, configure, and implement Agentic AI on our platform. You''ll craft hands-on labs and demos that illustrate agent design, tool calling, and integration patterns.

You will own advanced technical courses involving Java and REST APIs, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and apply strong instructional design to ensure accurate, rigorous content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents with frameworks/SDKs like LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or similar.
• Understanding of tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context/memory management, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Experience with MCP or comparable tool-integration standards is a strong plus.
• Troubleshooting real problems agent builders hit—flaky tool calls, context overflow, hallucinated actions, permissions issues.
• Ability to read Java code architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git, Postman or similar API tooling.
• 3+ years building technical training, curriculum, or enablement content for a technical audience.
• Experience designing hands-on labs, sandbox exercises, and instructor-led courses and/or eLearning.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and AI authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Arcade, Vyond, Gemini) is a plus.
• Experience with Veeva Vault or ramp-up on complex enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Self-directed and able to work in ambiguity.
• Strong writing and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build hands-on training and lab environments that teach technical learners how to build, configure, and deploy custom AI agents on our platform.
• Build working AI agent demos and reference implementations from scratch to anchor training content and live demonstrations.
• Translate practical challenges learners face into clear, sequenced learning experiences (tool calling, context management, prompt design, error handling, guardrails).
• Stay current with agentic AI frameworks and tool integrations.
• Own and maintain advanced technical courses, including Java and REST API content.
• Maintain hands-on lab environments, sample code, sandbox data, and technical exercises.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to get early access to new features and build courseware.
• Apply instructional design best practices to technical content without sacrificing accuracy.
