Job summary

The Citi AI Implementation Lead will drive adoption of AI capabilities across the Corporate Enablement Capabilities (CEC) function. Reporting to the Head of Procurement and Third-Party Management, this role oversees end-to-end AI initiatives, embedding responsible AI practices and scalable governance across processes.

With 10+ years in large organizations, you will shape the future of CEC by promoting AI adoption, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and delivering measurable business value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a related field within a large-scale, global organization
• Proven track record leading technology-oriented transformation projects
• Experience driving change and process transformation with measurable impact
• Broad knowledge of banking operations and regulatory landscape

• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities across the function
• Connect and scale proven AI solutions across teams
• Lead AI adoption efforts with senior leadership and governance
• Establish consistent AI foundation with policies and risk management
