Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a leader to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and enablement. You will translate AI initiatives into workforce readiness, literacy, and sustained business impact while acting as an extension of the client’s leadership team.

You will guide change, communications, and value realization, coordinating training efforts and shaping executive narratives around AI transformation. Strong AI literacy and collaboration across strategy, technology, data, and design are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for AI thought leadership and enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading change initiatives, enablement programs, or digital adoption efforts.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to operate within client budget constraints while maximizing impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives focused on enterprise value realization and workforce impact.
• Drive communications, storytelling, and executive-level narratives around AI transformation.
• Improve AI literacy across the organization, including understanding how AI affects roles, skills, and ways of working.
• Coordinate AI training and enablement efforts, including curriculum alignment and rollout (delivered by supporting teams).
• Act as a trusted client partner, positioning the AI team as an extension of the client organization.
• Manage a team responsible for delivering adoption, enablement, and communications outcomes.
