Job summary

Citi is seeking an AI Implementation Lead in New York to drive adoption of AI capabilities across the Corporate Enablement Capabilities (CEC) function. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from opportunity identification to value realization, embedding Responsible AI practices in core processes.

• 10+ years experience in a related field within a large-scale global organization.
• Proven track record leading technology-oriented transformation projects from conception to completion.
• Experience driving substantial change and measurable process improvements.
• Broad knowledge of banking operations and regulatory landscape.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities across the function.
• Connect and scale proven AI solutions with enterprise capabilities.
