Job summary

The Citi AI Implementation Lead role is a senior position reporting to the Head of Procurement and Third-Party Management. It drives AI adoption, governance, and value realization across the Corporate Enablement Capabilities function, embedding intelligent solutions into core processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, promote Responsible AI practices, and build scalable foundations for sustainable AI execution in a global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a related field within a large-scale, global organization.
• Proven track record of leading technology-oriented transformation programs.
• Experience driving change and process improvements with measurable business impact.
• Broad knowledge of banking operations, processes, and regulatory landscape.
