eBay is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive practical AI enablement across the company. You will rollout programs, training, and toolkits to help teams adopt AI in daily work, partnering with People, IT, Product, and business units.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise change and strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into actionable guidance for non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise change and enablement experience.
• Experience rolling out tools/processes to large employee groups.
• Hands-on with training guides, FAQs, playbooks, and manager toolkits.
• Coordinating ambassador networks, pilots, and learning sessions.
• Ability to explain AI use cases to non-technical staff.
• Strong program execution, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience turning feedback into actionable improvements.
• Comfort in evolving guidance and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functions to identify enablement needs and translate into actions.
• Roll out AI enablement programs to help employees use AI day-to-day.
• Lead AI Ambassadors, training sessions, office hours, demos, pilots, communities of practice.
• Create practical enablement materials: guides, templates, FAQs, talking points.
• Coordinate pilot programs: participants, progress, feedback, blockers.
• Translate AI capabilities into simple guidance for staff and managers.
• Support internal communications to raise awareness and participation in AI programs.
• Track participation, adoption signals, and early impact of enablement activities.
• Document success stories and lessons learned for cross-team sharing.
• Coordinate with People, Communications, IT, Product, and business teams.
