The role requires strong AI literacy, capabilities across strategy, technology, data, and design, and collaboration to enable AI-driven solutions with responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives focused on enterprise value realization and workforce impact.
• Drive communications, storytelling, and executive-level narratives around AI transformation.
• Improve AI literacy across the organization, including understanding how AI affects roles, skills, and ways of working.
• Coordinate AI training and enablement efforts, including curriculum alignment and rollout.
• Act as a trusted client partner, positioning the AI team as an extension of the client organization.
• Manage a team responsible for delivering adoption, enablement, and communications outcomes.
