Job summary

NiCE is seeking a LeadAI Business Consultant to drive AI adoption across its global enterprise customers, serving as a core execution and insight engine within the AI Center of Excellence. You will work across regions to move AI from deployment to trusted, sustained, value-generating usage.

You will partner with regional consultants, lead adoption playbooks, optimize AI outputs, validate user acceptance, identify risks, analyze KPIs, build adoption scorecards, and translate data into concrete

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption and stabilization for a global portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Execute adoption playbooks with regional consultants.
• Lead reinforcement activities that drive sustained usage, trust, and behavioral change.
• Optimize AI outputs through prompt engineering, knowledge alignment, and workflow tuning.
• Support Behavioral UAT by validating user acceptance, workflow fit, and AI trust indicators.
• Identify adoption risks and corrective actions using usage data and KPIs.
• Analyze and operationalize AI usage patterns and operational signals to surface optimization opportunities.
• Build adoption scorecards and insight summaries for customer-facing teams and leadership.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and AI ROI.
