Job summary

Teknita LLC seeks an AI Implementation Specialist to drive strategic AI adoption, governance, and maturation across business functions. You will partner with executives, stakeholders, and tech teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver responsible AI solutions.

The role emphasizes readiness assessments, roadmaps, POCs, and governance, ensuring secure, private, accessible, and compliant AI transformations across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and services across governance and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI readiness assessments and evaluate organizational preparedness for AI adoption.
• Identify AI use cases aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
• Develop AI roadmaps, adoption strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Recommend enterprise AI platforms, tools, and integration approaches.
• Design, oversee, and support AI proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments.
• Establish responsible AI practices including governance, risk management, validation, human oversight, and QA.
• Develop standards for prompt engineering, data handling, testing, validation, and AI output review.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, privacy, security, bias, and compliance.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Prepare executive briefings, documentation, standards, and training materials.
• Measure AI adoption, ROI, and business value.
• Provide knowledge transfer to enable internal staff to manage AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, analysts, developers, PMs, and leadership.
• Support AI-assisted development and validate AI-generated work products when needed.
• Ensure AI solutions align with policies, security, privacy, accessibility, and industry best practices.
