Job summary

NiCE is seeking an AI Transformation Strategist to bridge enterprise strategy with hands-on AI agent delivery. You will engage VP and Director-level leaders to define priorities, drive program execution, and contribute credibly in C-suite conversations when needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in management consulting, transformation strategy, or enterprise technology advisory with VP/Director-level impact
• Experience scoping, building, and shipping AI/conversational AI products
• Experience shaping AI or digital transformation programs at senior program level and building business cases
• Strong technical fluency to discuss product architecture and agent development
• Familiarity with contact center ecosystems (ACD routing, IVR/IVA, WFM, QA)
• Experience leading cloud migrations in CCaaS/UCaaS contexts
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executive stakeholders
• Experience with change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR) and enterprise execution
• Background inside a contact center, CX operations, or digital transformation function

Responsibilities

• Engage VP/Director-level stakeholders to define transformation priorities and drive program execution
• Define AI transformation roadmaps linking agent automation to measurable outcomes such as cost efficiency and service quality
• Structure ambiguous business challenges into actionable workstreams and hypotheses
• Drive alignment workshops and interviews to gather input and drive cross-functional consensus
• Lead integration of strategic goals into agent architecture decisions and conversational design
• Architect scalable AI-agentic workflows spanning front and back office
• Design and oversee change management programs focused on people, process, and technology
• Coordinate cloud migration and product delivery across multiple complex projects
