Job summary

Prime 8 Consulting, LLC is seeking an AI Enablement Associate/Specialist for a hybrid role in the United States. You will embed with enterprise clients and internal teams to identify AI use cases, build adoption frameworks, and train executives and large groups on AI governance and responsible use.

The role emphasizes strategy and enablement—delivery of measurable outcomes, not proofs of concept. A background in marketing/communications/operations is acceptable; strong AI-first problem-solving

Qualifications

2–5 years of professional experience in a client-facing field or related area.
Experience using AI as a problem-solving tool and evidence of building a process, tool, or training from that habit.
Strong verbal communication and comfort presenting to executives and large audiences.

Responsibilities

Run discovery with client and internal teams to surface AI use cases and score them against impact/risk.
Design and deliver change management programs—training tracks, playbooks, and adoption pathways.
Present to and train executives, senior leaders, and large groups on AI capabilities, governance, and responsible use.
Build and maintain prompt libraries, validation systems, and workflow documentation for accurate, on-brand AI output.
Manage multiple client engagements and stakeholder groups without losing momentum.
Stay ahead of new AI tools and platforms and translate them into practical use quickly.
