Job summary

NiCE is seeking a highly technical pre-sales professional to design, build, and demonstrate AI-driven customer engagement solutions. You will work at the intersection of AI, digital engagement, and contact center transformation using NiCE’s Agentic AI-first CX platform to define and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, delivering customized demos, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and executing proof-of-value implementations to accelerate deals while tracking market

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture role
• 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
• 5+ years of contact center experience
• Proven track record delivering best-in-class solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solutioning via calls and technical deep dives
• Deliver customized demos and compelling solution stories
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with differentiated responses
• Design, build, and run proof-of-value implementations to show ROI
• Stay sharp on AI, digital, and cloud platforms and market trends
• Upskill teams and become SME for Agentic solutions in NiCE portfolio
